For AioPlugin and XDisplayControlPlugin, I have saved the latest versions
for Cog/Spur in an oscog branch, consistent with the branch naming convention
for VMMaker.oscog and also used for OSProcessPlugin.oscog.
VMConstruction-Plugins-XDisplayControlPlugin.oscog-dtl.17 is the latest
version for XDCP, and is identical to VMConstruction-Plugins-XDisplayControlPlugin-eem.16
except for the '.oscog' suffix.
VMConstruction-Plugins-AioPlugin-eem.22 is the latest version for the AIO
plugin, and is identical to VMConstruction-Plugins-AioPlugin-eem.21 except
for the '.oscog' suffix.
On GitHub, I have updated the BuildPharo6VMMakerImage.st BuildSqueakSpurTrunkVMMakerImage.st
scripts to refer to the new .oscog branches for the two plugins, so that when
someone builds a new VMMaker image from the scripts in the image directory,
they will refer to the correct MC suffixes for these two plugins.
The original branches for AIO and XDCP continue to be maintained, and versions
in that branch are compatible with the traditional interpreter VM.
