QNX port directory on http://ftp.squeak.org/

Yakov Zaytsev who is working on a port of the VM to QNX requested a
location for hosting the content.  In the interest of minimizing the
need for middlemen I went ahead and setup an account 'qnxport' on the
box2 server, put Yakov's ssh key in as an authorized key for that
account, and created a qnx/ subdirectory under the ftp site root
directory owned by this account.

At some point one or more release teams may want to work with Yakov to
verify that the VM is working at which point it might be worth setting
it up a copy under the release directory as has been done in the past.
