[RFI] I wish a better web access to repositories

If you see the pict, could understand what is very easy to upload the wrong
file.

And I don't could delete, have to trouble to Ralph what have better things
to do what house cleaning.

And before some say what I could use Monticello , I said what I wish put the
original author thing.
