RE: Mailing List Migration Notice

Scott C. Lemon
Hello,

I'm curious if you can prefix the Subject of the list e-mails?  My mail rules were counting on something being there to sort properly, and make them visible as Croquet e-mail.

Even if you could simply prefix the subject with [croquet-user] and [croquet-dev] that would be great ...

Sorry if this is yet another task to consider on a busy day!  :-)

Alternatively you could sort based on the "To: [hidden email]"
field. I've never used Outlook (lucky me) but I expect it can do that
like most mail clients.

Even better, filter on the List-Id header:

        List-Id: <croquet-user.duke.edu>

Thanks Fred and Bert ...

It's more that as a long time qmail user, I always us the Subject line in my
list folder to visually go through all of the messages.  It's more how it
visually appears in my mail application that I really lean on.  I got used
to having the croquet subject header there to pick out the "priority" mail
to read!  :-)

P.S. Sorry for sending this to the list ... Hadn't meant to spam the list
with the request ...

Please re-instate the [croquet-*] tags.  Some of us folks don't like to
filter, or don't use filtering on some client machines we use, or have
"biff" like notifications where the tag would be useful.

Thanks

Reed
