This seems to be a problem that Apple Inc owns. I've opened a trouble ticket and we will see what they say.

You can instead access the files via ftp://ftp.smalltalkconsulting.com

Time marches onward and Apple has made some structural changes.
I have to figure out now how best to rehost the files for easy access via http:

Open iDisk in Finder, then copy the file to Sites (or create a subfolder under Sites), the you can download like:
