I think the lists are automatically run, so you need to go to the web site for any mailing list you want to be unsubscribed from. Regarding the INSIDE SCOOP TWITTER UPDATES - I'd also rather not see them posted to the mailing list. People who want to follow the immersive education twitter stream can do so using a twitter client or via the twitter web site.
