Release Packaging tickets on Mantis

Hi Ralph,

I'm the release manager for Squeak 4.4 now, and I see there are some
Release Packaging tickets assigned to you. Would you be OK with me
assigning these tickets to myself? If they're still an issue, I'll
need to fix them anyway during the release cycle.
