Hi all,
here the first report of the SqF Software Engineering Tools team:
Our main interest at this time has to parts:
1) Porting Mondrian (
http://smallwiki.unibe.ch/mondrian) and Moose
(
http://smallwiki.unibe.ch/Moose) to Squeak
2) Working for a bug tracking system running in and for Squeak.
Until today, the state is as follows:
1) The work is started for Mondrian (at the kernel), but until now
there is nothing to show. But work continues :-). Moose port is not
started already, but there is a good chance that there will be a
start in the next time.
2) The most people may be know already: Gjallar (http://
swiki.krampe.se/gjallar) has taken place as a very good candidate for
a Squeak bug tracking system. It is developed by Göran Krampe and
Magnus Kling and is under active development. Communication for this
development is done by the SETools Mailing list (http://
lists.squeakfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/setools). The latest
report for Gjallar progress can be read here: http://
lists.squeakfoundation.org/pipermail/setools/2006-August/000167.html.
Of course anyone who is interested in Software Engineering tools is
invited to join the Software Engineering team :-))
Regards
Hans
