Setting font sizes for browsers inspectors etc.

Click on the desktop to get the World Menu.
Choose appearance...>system fonts...
That'll get you a list that you can the pick fonts for.

Handy: Press the thumbtack to keep the system fonts menu open while you
play around with fonts.

Note that you'll have to restart windows to see the font changes.
