[Socket] [Bug?] Setting time-to-live option for IGMP

Hi,

On Squeak 3.9-7067, I'm trying to setup the time-to-live for a group  
communication socket. It works for a ttl lower than 10 and fails for  
the rest.

Attached the sunit test. Am I missing something or is it a bug ?
