Squeak 4.5 Release Candidate 4

Chris Muller-3
http://ftp.squeak.org/4.5alpha/Squeak4.5-13675.zip

There were no significant fixes or contributions since RC3.  I think
it's safe to assume this will be the final 4.5 image.

Let's let it simmer for one last week while we prepare the release.  I
could use some reminders about all the steps we need to take, and also
volunteers to help carry them out.  All-In-One?  Web-site?
Announcement?  News?  What else?

It seems safe enough to resume trunk development again immediately.  Go crazy!

Whenever we collect this information, maybe we can save it for the next
time around in e.g.
  ReleaseBuilder class>>whatToDoNext

Seconded: it's a painful job, and I'm glad it wasn't me this time
round. Thanks, Chris!
