Done.  I know we thought Mac should be fine without resigning but,
just for sanity, if someone would with a Mac would please download the
4.5 All-In-One and verify it can launch, that'd be good.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for doing this. I just downloaded your new Squeak-4.5-All-in-One.zip, extracted it and launched it. It seems to work fine.
