I just received my hard copy of _Squeak_by_Example_. It's very well done,
and makes an excellent reference. It should serve well as an introductory
book, and the overall organization and choice of topics makes it an
good reference for anyone on this list. I definitely recommend ordering
the hard copy version; it's a bargain.
