Squeak distribution contains useless __MACOSX folders

Yes - there are people out there using Squeak on other
platforms than Mac!
And it's really annoying to remove these __MACOSX folders
after extracting a distribution ZIP.
So can we just include the usefull things in the distribution
like any other open source project?
