Squeak5.3 OK on ArmV8 Stack+Spur

You'all probably know this, but I just git-cloned OpenSmalltalk and
built sqstkspur64ARMv8linuxht which interprets Squeak5.3 (and Cuis) just
fine on a Chromebook 2.

OK, that adds a little extra confirmation that it is just the cog load effective address thing that got broken - aside from the fact that it appears to be the translation of it  that went wrong rather than the code directly.

This is good to know.  I regularly build the squeak stack spur VM on both ARM 32 and ARM 64 and it continues to work.  Since I wasn't trying the cog ARM 32 one I didn't catch that it was borked.

Thanks!

cheers
