SqueakMap 2.1 and Croquet Jasmine problem

The required client upgrade to use the new SqueakMap version 2.1 fails
in Croquet Jasmine with the error message "Error occurred when
updating map: UndefinedObject>>isDigit".  This is also noted in Mantis
problem #2592.
