SqueakMap 2.21

Hi people!

Ok, just some bug fixes. Uploads now seems to work properly. And I think
4-5 more "Filestream binary" fixes that should make things work much
better.

I also fixed the multisuffix stuff reported by Simon Michael (bad merge
by me from stuff in 3.9 - this is Yoshiki preparing for future multibyte
code fileouts with names like .mst or .mcs etc).

UUID>>asString36 fixed so that it works properly in 3.8+. This affects
how the cache works - hopefully for the better now.

And no - it still will not work in 3.7 and older - will take more time
than a few hours to fix that one - we need to change the serialization
scheme.

PS. Couldn't fix the underscores-assignments because source.impara.de
was down wth the hack by Bert. Will include in next release so that it
works in Croquet "out of the box".

Sorry - it's currently looking very much stalled while trying to  
upload another version of VMMaker...

Hmmm. Odd. This release seems to be fine (I think):

...or are you trying to make yet another upload?

I noticed you were online when I deployed the new version but I also saw
that the b6 file that was uploaded was 30 minutes old so I simply took a
chance and assumed you were "done" and simply rebooted the SM server
throwing you out. Then I renamed the file because it didn't match the
release URL (it was called VMMaker-3.8b6.2.mcz <- notice the "2").

I then also uploaded one of your VMMaker files into my account just to
verify that uploading works now - and it did. And back again too. :)

Now, the inevitable silly question - are you sure it still doesn't work?

PS. If people have the time, please test SM and send me personal email
with bug reports. Or put them on Mantis - but then it will take a bit
more time probably before I grab them - I intend to vacuum mantis, but
not just today. And oh, I will be putting SM on
source.squeakfoundation.org - Ken fixed me up with a project there. But
I was too tired last night at 2.30 to do it. ;)

PPS. I also intend to rerun a server cache population batch and to
update the SHA hashes. There probably still are many problems there.
