Stripping 3.9 to learn producing 3.9Basic

Hi all

I'm looking for some experimenters to see now that we have 3.9 with  
packages what are the packages
that we can remove to produce 3.9Basic.

I'm playing with the class ReleaseBuilder and I would appreciate any  
help in that direction.
