TForm extent powers of 2

I think that this change was put in about the same time as when the
primitive geometries were made into updatingMeshes, but now TForms
always have extents that are powers of 2.  This was probably always
the intent so that OpenGL could deal with them easily, but it wasn't
always true.

Anyway, I think that this is what is causing some of my problems with
the webcam support in the Croquet Collaborative image, but there are
so many references to apparently different forms that I can't figure
out where the problem really is.  Somehow the scaling from the
non-power of 2 Form that the camera produces to the power of 2 TForm
that the island replicates isn't happening properly.

Any suggestions?
