Tabs don't extend to two lines when selecting a long class

Just logged an error where the selecting a long class in the system browser
which would force the idea space to two lines, now no longer draws the tabs
in two lines until you select a method in the class.

I'm pretty sure I didn't see this in B1 (not sure about earlier beta 2's)
