Text to Speech

Hi,

Thanks to everybody who answered. It worked for me.

Both packages suggested by Ricardo and Edgar installed without
problems. In the Cog case (FunSqueak) speech started considerably
faster after pressing "do it" in workspace (due to the VM being
faster, of course).
