Hello everyone,
An overview of Cobalt is on the agenda for today's in-world meeting, which starts at 4pm EST, so that we can give Immersive Education Initiative members an overview of Cobalt and how it relates to Croquet. If you're working on Cobalt and would like to make a few comments during today's discussion I'd be happy to "turn the mic" over to you during this part of the discussion, so please feel free to join us and contribute your thoughts about Cobalt to the conversation. The materials for this meeting are also listed below and available on our events Web page as always. Regards, Aaron ........................................................................... Aaron, are you going to reschedule this?
Since the Second Life guys temporarily reduced services and also turned off logins 10 minutes before the start of the meeting for at least 30 minutes I gave up for today. http://blog.secondlife.com/2008/04/11/temporarily-reduced-services-in- world/ On Apr 11, 2008, at 12:18 PM, Aaron E. Hi Mark, we're sending out cancellation notices now; only a few people could get in, so we'll be rescheduling. I'll post that note to the croquet group now, and we'll meet next week instead. See you soon, Aaron

Hello everyone, Second Life has been down and had reduced log-in access for the
past hour so most of us can't get into today's meeting. As of now (4:20pm EST) I'm still locked out, and so are most of the others although it appears that 5 people made it in. Barbara was among those who made it in before the services were cut off, so she's letting everyone there know we'll reschedule on account of digital rain. I'll spread the word via email now, and we'll reset this event for next Friday. See you all in-world soon. Aaron | On Fri, 11 Apr 2008 12:18:33 -0400 | "Aaron E. Well, Aaron, perhaps the Cybergoddess has given you a second
chance for a change of venue.
SPLENDA = NESTLE = millions of infant deaths.

Hello Sharon, am I missing something? Splenda and Nestle are two different companies, and I've read through some (but not all) of the materials you sent buy don't see anything specifically about Splenda -- happy to reconsider the next venue, of course, if there is a connection but at the moment I don't see it (feel free to email me directly as this thread may carry on). Aaron,
I have spoken to the Cybergoddess about this, and she assures me your hard drive is safe. McNeil Industries belongs to another corporation she's not too fond of. Perhaps she was distracted. Just the same, she tells me that you have gained her goodwill by helping to publicize the NESTLE BOYCOTT -- but I don't know if the Cybergoddess hands out good karma or not. Happy weekend SC >Hello Sharon, am I missing something?
