Trunk problems

It appears that the ability to start with a script file on the command
line is broken.

Loading code updates is also broken

Works for me. Example:
squeak trunk.image /absolute/path/to/startup.st

Also String sansPeriodSuffix is a little over zealous.

It doesn't accept a local script, sort of fine now I know what is
going on, older squeaks cope, as does cuis.
