Ubuntu's startsqueak script

Hello all,

in the past days, Jordan Mantha's has worked to improve the Squeak
packages in Ubuntu Linux. He also has added a new startsqueak script
which acts as an installer, similar to the older inisqueak script, and
also as a launcher. I tried it on my Fedora Core 5 and it works
correctly there, too.

Since the script can be useful to all the Linux users here, I'm
attaching it to this message. The script requires zenity, an utility
provided by the GNOME desktop environment.
