If you mean that \x0020-\xE007F in the Xtreams PEG parser's language is
equal to the Smalltalk character range
16rE0020 asCharacter to: 16rE007F asCharacter
then the answer is no, because there is an extra E in the Smalltalk code's
range start. \x0020-\xE007F is the same range as
16r0020 asCharacter to: 16rE007F asCharacter.
