Unwind error during termination

Is there any way to recover from an "Unwind error during termination"?

Every now end then I seem to end up with this and my only solution has been to discard the image and load my code into a clean one.

I'm sure I would need to provide more information, but I'm not sure what it is!

Click on "proceed" and it goes away.

This is a bug standing as far as I can think back.
