Using Mantis more efficiently by giving squeak-dev an account.

Hi all,

Could someone please give squeak-dev an account on
mantis?

That way when bugs are solved or just complained of
they could just be sent to squeak dev as reminders.
Saves a lot of duplication of effort.

It might be a good way to remind people to use Mantis.

Accounts for the other lists that should get bug
reports might be a good thing too.
