This moves the ImmX11Plugin into the VMMaker package. The plugin is
part of Multilingual, but is no longer distributed with that package
because it is functionally part of the VM.
Source was obtained from the author's site at:
http://opinion.nucba.ac.jp/~tsutomu/squeak/OLPCSqueakImmX11-test0.tar.gzThis is identical to the sources in Ian's VM development image,
except that package category has been changed to VMMaker-plugins.
Thanks to Yoshiki Ohshima for making the connection to the author
and for clarifying the license status.
