Add ImmX11Plugin by Tsutomu Hiroshima. ImmX11Plugin provides locale support for multilingual text in an X11 environment.
ImmX11Plugin was originally distributed as part of package 'Multilingual-ImmPlugin'. The class category has been changed to 'VMMaker-Plugins' for inclusion in the VMMaker package.
This and other Multilingual support is distributed under MIT license, reference license agreements care of Viewpoints Research Institute.
