What is it? Squeak starts outlining frames of objects below the Hand

Hello,

On Squeak 4.3. While using Connectors 2, current project entered into "sensitive selection mode" i.e. it starts outlining frames of objects below the Hand. Attaching picture. How to escape this? Thank you.
