When does a Form become a standing window? (Or, why does my MicroSqueak window disappear?)

Actually, I think I've re-framed the question better. This is more about
the specialObjectsArray. What does the virtual machine do with an object
designated as the Display object in the SOA. To explore that, I'll look
at senders of ObjectMemory>>specialObjectsArray.
