Where is Squeakv40.sources?

Hi all.

Firstly, congratulations on getting Squeak 4.0 out. I'm trying it out now.

SqueakV40.sources does not appear to be available from
http://www.squeak.org/download.

I knew it was here: ftp://ftp.squeak.org/4.0/, but it would be nice to
have it linked from the web site.

Michael! Thanks for pointing that out. Looks like we missed something.
I have Cc'd Janko Mivsek from the web team. In the meantime, if I can
find a spare moment, I'll look into seeing if there's something I can
do myself.
