Workspace with Shout

Hi,

There is a first stab of adding shout stylling to the Workspace in The
Inbox: Tools-kb.193.
It adds a preference to enable/disable shout styling for future Workspaces.
And each Workspace can individually toggle styling, with the first menu item
in the yellow button menu: 'enable/disable shout styling'.

Moved to trunk.

I note that the preference for styled workspace is true by default.
This can be changed in Workspace class>>shouldStyle if folks prefer
it otherwise. The yellow button menu option for enable/disable works
nicely, so it is easy to live with either preference.
