World dock needs to be stickier.

Hi all,

Basicly docking bar is too easy to lift up.

I don't have Squeak handy, but I think that's so that you can pick it
up and put it on the bottom of the screen if you want.

Is that really a bug?

No, it's a feature. You can move it to the left or right side too. If you
want it to stay where it is, open the halos, click on the menu (red
circle) and select "resist being picked up".
