a meta comment (Re: Multy-core CPUs)

Hello list, but mostly Jason and Peter,

This is a meta-comment, but could you guys please refrain from
writing many emails in a row on the same topic, just to comment on
different paragraphs?

People who is participating to this discussion should have had
enough time to gather certain ideas, so instead of replying to
paragraph by paragraph (that in theory results in exponential increse
of traffic), writing up a coherent story might help.

And, uh, could we change the topic to multI-core CPUs? Seeing that
mis-spelling every day for the past week has been driving me crazy.

Hi Yoshiki,

Yes, usually I attempt to do that as you'll see if you review my
postings, although today might have been an exception.  However
sometimes it is more expedient to have a quick reply. The problem with
the longer replies is that sometimes people don't comment on them at all
and you never get any feedback regarding their contents.

I guess it's a balance like most things in life.

All the best,

Peter
