aarch64 Linux squeak-vm

KenDickey
I have built a stack-spur-vm from git sources on
  LePotato (Armbian)
  Raspberry Pi 3 (ArchLinuxArm)
and
Samsung Chromebook Plus (Linux under ChromeOS)

In all cases, the code built fine and the resulting VM ran both Squeak and Cuis spur images.

Many thanks to all!
