appveyor is green again

it's only in compile_sista_with_clang branch for now.

Now let's see what we can do for linux...

I will emit a PR.
Should I use a [ci skip] given that there have not been much concurrent features, or should we wait another 1h55 ?

It doesn't really matter I think... maybe just merge straight into Cog. I won't be able to review your commits tonight anyway :)

Do a ci skip, so that it won't build twice (branch AND pr)

OK, I just did a "fake" PR, with [ci skip] and self accepted merge.

Next step: think about raising the ARM builds in the job queue.
I did not take the responsibility now because they are looonnng.

That's odd, this should be covered by [1]. Not sure if this is a problem of the deployment tool dpl [2].
