build noise apology

Sorry for the recent build noise.  
There is a persistent build failure I was trying to have a look at...
I don't know how to build ARM locally, so I was iterating on the CI builds.
I'd configured travis.yml to direct the noise to just my email...

but forgot about appveyor. I'll fix it for future iterations.

I'm nearly at the end of my capability with this. Anyone that can help out would be appreciated.  Its no good to let this failed build job persist.

Is there a build log available for your latest attempts?

Would you mind writing a brief description of what you've found and
what you suspect?  I haven't looked at this at all yet, but will try
and help.
