checked in my changes for VMMaker-JMM.166

 
Ok, I've check in VMMaker-JMM.166 and also changes to the squeakvm.org SVN tree.

This *should* match to my cocoa squeak VM  V5.x work.

Obviously people should cross check and recompile their Linux and windows flavours to ensure the
changes I made for 64 bit, and 32bit clean work don't impact things.
