first-round contributor relicensing letters sent

Hi all--

     Just a reminder that Kim Rose from Viewpoints Research has been
sending relicensing letters via email to each Squeak contributor. If
you've ever made a contribution to Squeak, and you haven't received the
letter, please respond privately to me (Craig) with your name, Squeak
author initials, and email address. The master contributor list is
available at [1].
