Folks,
FYI, I've uploaded a current updated trunk image to http://ftp.squeak.org/trunk/Squeak3.10.2-Trunk-091024.zip The image includes all the current updates, the adjustment of the selection color as well as a cleanup of the MC repositories (I've left only the inbox and the trunk repo). Cheers, - Andreas |
A couple UI oddities with Squeak3.10.2-Trunk-091024 Mac OS X 10.6.1, VM Squeak 4.2.2beta1U.app:
Open the World menu and pin it. Drag out an Object Catalog from the Widget flap. Drag out a rounded corner rectangle from the Object Catalog to just next to the right hand side of the World menu. Drag a second rounded corner rectangle somewhere close by. Oddity #1 - Clicking on a rounded corner rectangle, or dragging it, or deleting it with the halo often makes the World menu redraw with a different width. Oddity #2 - When clicking and dragging the rounded corner rectangles, the drop shadow displays in front of the rectangle instead of behind. Ken G. I think that's the result of the "undo ..." menu item. When you drag one or the other, the message will change and consequently the width of the menu may change > Oddity #2 - When clicking and dragging the rounded corner rectangles, the drop shadow displays in front of the rectangle instead of behind. I have not seen this. What platform are you on? What VM? Thanks for testing! Cheers, - Andreas > Ken G.
