Hi,
Somebody told me that the installer hang there if there was a poor network connection.
In order to sovle this problem, I created a local setup installer, please try it as
the following steps:
First, you need a download tools which support resumable dowanloading, such as NetAnts
or FDM(Free download manager) etc. Use your downloading tools to download the following
files into one folder.

After you finish all downloads, double click the squeak3.8chn_win_local.exe executive program,
it will do the left jobs for you.
