m17n swiki

Hi all,

there is now a swiki at

http://squeaklet.com:8080/m17n

for people who want to contribute to the internationalization effort.

Please post your translations, changes, howtos etc there.

Yoshiki promised to upload a first baseline image :-) that we can debug
and enhance as we go.

I've forwarded the mail to

  Claude Le Berre  (U of Strassbourg)
  Pierre-Andre Dreyfuss (from Geneva)

They both did work (I think independly) on a french translation.
