mac carbon 3.8.12b2u pending

I've posted a 3.8.12b2u mac carbon vm for mac and macintel which I  
believe has the code required to support the upcoming version
of Croquet.

3.8.12b2
        Add plugins for Croquet, and FloatMath.
        sqMacMain.c
                Add system attribute 1006 which returns unique version/key  
information so we can id VMs better
        sqSocketUnix.c
                Add prims to set reuse socket options.
