missing old package ?

at squekmap reference, but the link seems to broken :)
, where is this package?
btw i'nedd proxy client  authentication  this package
support this feature, any clue?

If I understand well what you need there is an extension from Monticello in HTTPSocket class which do this. See:
HTTPSocket class>>httpGet:args:user:passwd:
and
HTTPSocket class>>httpPost:args:user:passwd: passwd

  This is http authentication , i need proxy
authentication , and not basic authentication.
