monticello question

monticello question

Sophie424
Monticello currently allows a comment for the entire saved set. Would it
make sense to (also) allow comments directly on each of the changed
elements? (Fancier would be user-defined groupings of the changed elements)

Not really, because it is snapshot-based. You could structure your  
log entry of course ...

Ah, I think I get it.

I was looking for a grouping corresponding to a refactoring. Would it make
sense for refactorings to show up in whole?

DeltaStream's is able to represent groups of changes as you suggest
