moving cocoa-cog integration to blessed

Hi,

Since nobody complained (and for me is working fine), I will move my integration to blessed branch. That means it will be a unix and a windows build (and that can derive in more errors, obviously)

please, any observation/report will be welcome :)

Unix VMs are built and successfully ran tests on jenkins
as well as Carbon VMs.
So update works well, good job! :)
