new VM for Intel Macs with fixed OpenAL framework

If you have an Intel Macintosh, you should grab a new VM here:

This fixes a problem where Croquet worlds with OpenAL sounds
crash intermittently on Intel-flavored Macs, but work everywhere
else. The crash seems to be caused by a bug in the OpenAL libraries
that Apple is currently shipping with MacOS.
