new primCommand: is failing on new VM

Hi. I'm using 3.9 and latest VM (from 2/2/2007). I've installed recently the latest OSProcess (36), fixed the #value method in ExternalWindowsOSProcess and this is failing
OSProcess accessor primCommand: 'dir' stdIn: nil stdOut: nil stdErr: nil
(I'm using WinXP)
Any ideas?
