please cancel queued "Freetype 2.9.1" CI jobs

Ben Coman

So that I could early-cancel jobs while I'm experimenting with the Windows CI build configuration I have been working in my personal Appveyor space...

but I forgot my branch remained linked to the my PR request,
so has been kicking off a bundle of builds in the main OpenSmalltalk CI
that I'm not able to cancel. Could someone do it for me.
All the currently queued or running "Freetype 2.9.1 third-party build" jobs.

I've now switched to a different branch to avoid that.  When I've thoroughly tested the build in my CI, I'll push again to the branch tied to the PR - probably sometime late tomorrow.

cheers -ben
